The Australian market looks set to open slightly lower this morning despite gains on Wall Street overnight after the nomination of Janet Yellen as the new Fed chairman. The SPI futures is down 19 points to 5,121. The ABS releases its September labour force data at 1130 AEST on Thursday, with economists expecting the unemployment rate to remain at 5.8%. NAB also releases its September quarter Australian residential property survey today. In overseas news, the Bank of England will decide on monetary policy at 9:00pm. In the US, the import price index and initial jobless claims data will be revealed at 10:30pm,
