The day ahead - Monday brings Australian retail sales data for June at 11:30am. In China, the EU and the UK, purchasing managers' index data is released, measuring the health of the private sector. In the United States the ISM non-manufacturing survey is due out at 12am. On Tuesday, the Australian market will be poised for the RBA interest rate decision for August which will be released at 2:30pm (market expectations: 25bps cut).
