Perth has the country’s highest physical occupancy rate among all capital cities and with expertise on the ground, Realside is looking to generate further tenant demand and add value throughout the medium term. 
The asset underpins a new unlisted wholesale property fund, Realside 108 St Georges Terrace Fund, providing an initial five-year term, 7.9% pa average cash yield and target IRR of 11.7%. 

It is currently open for investment, until October 20, 2022 for wholesale investors, with a minimum $100,000 investment.
