Australian 3-year bond yields have hit an all-time low today as buyers continue to search for safe income. Yields a short time ago were at 1.985%. The buyers are numerous - sovereign wealth funds, reserve managers and offshore hedge funds (and me) among them. The sellers seem to be mainly domestic institutions.
