The X Factor
This is a mind expanding thought not a prediction Imagine it is Christmas Day 2015 and the US market is down 20% from where it is now. What did we get wrong. I think there is one X Factor that may be developing that could cause such a move and it is this hypothetical headline: "US economic recovery expectations evaporate as Chinese growth assumptions are downgraded" This I think is where our assumptions are going to go wrong and the current US equity market trend change may just be the US beginning to pick up on the following....
