The best known and best performed of these investments has been Sirius Resources. Its Nova Bollinger discovery has been a magnet for any company able to access the region but the history of Sirius itself shows how unlikely a discovery can be and how much good fortune is needed. Among the Fraser Range aspirants, the median return over the last 12 months has been -9% against a sector-wide median of -19%. They have done better but simply being there is not enough. Over the past several months, our PortfolioDirect rating product has reviewed and rated the majority of the Fraser Range companies.
