Peak Asset Management

Good Morning, I have to admit, I didn’t sleep well last night… Seeing the Dow Jones down 900 points in two days (Friday fell 550), really puts things in perspective… What is important to note is that This is no GFC…. Globally, things are ok…. US unemployment near record lows, their housing market is booming and consumers are spending…. Sure, things in China are slowing down (we all know this), however, the devaluation of their currency is actually a good thing, as it will drive export growth … ! Yes, Oil, Copper, Aluminium are doing it tough, but how much further downside could there be? Surely we are near the bottom now….. All in all, this though has been nothing but “a year to forget” On Saturday, I was quoted in The Age and Sydney Morning Herald, but Peak’s thoughts on what is currently occurring – for those interested, please read below (VIEW LINK) (VIEW LINK) Stay Calm, Do not panic... look for beaten-up high dividend stocks to add to your portfolio.. The SPI is pointing to 102 point fall on open…
