UBS has downgraded Sydney Airport (ASX:SYD) to Neutral from Outperform after the announcement of its corporate restructure. The stock has outperformed the ASX 200 since March, hitting an all-time high of $4.01 on Thursday. The broker remains upbeat on the company when compared to global aeronautical assets, as well the company's outlook on growth and yield.
