What Experienced Property Investors are Saying

Few interesting deals to have come through our office over the past week. One thing that really stands out is who the deals are coming from - smart, well informed and experienced investors. It's not always wise to draw a complete market generalisation based on the actions of a few. But our experience has taught us that following the smart money is usually a good guide for long term investors. Another weekend of record high clearance rates, low interest rates, a depressed Australian dollar and the stock market sitting at around 6,000 are all major confidence drivers. Things look great for the time being. But with confidence also comes complacency and we are starting to hear more conversations of caution among the more experienced investors.
