World oil prices fell only modesty on Tuesday. Supporting prices was news that production had been cut at Libya's Sarir and Messia oilfields due to a power outage. Brent crude fell by US24c or 0.4% to US$58.66 a barrel while US Nymex crude fell by US17c or 0.3% to US$49.28 a barrel.
