Origin Energy's 2015 AGM on Wednesday 21 October 2015 includes a section 249N requisition from a small group of shareholders proposing a resolution to amend the constitution to include a requirement for annual reporting relating to emissions management, generation portfolio resilience to IEA scenarios (VIEW LINK) as well as information on KPIs for executives and remuneration. It's the same form as the AGL Energy resolution - amend the constitution to insert a disclosure/reporting obligation - because shareholders can move that type of resolution. With the Board recommending shareholders vote against the resolution, it is worth watching out for its reconciliation of the information requested in the resolution and its current reporting practices on its AGM page. (VIEW LINK) I couldn't find it today when I looked between 12 noon and 12.20pm...but that reconciliation is key to their claim that the resolution isn't needed because the company is already doing this.
