In this week's weekly, Chief Economist Bill Evans considers current market interest rate expectations and their relationship with real economic growth and inflation. On the data front, this week we receive an update on retail sales; dwelling approvals; and private credit for Australia. The focus for Asia will be on our Westpac-MNI China Consumer Sentiment survey and the September PMI round. We will end the week with the all-important nonfarm payrolls report in the US, expecting continued robust growth in employment. (VIEW LINK)
