This week, Westpac Chief Economist Bill Evans considers the risks to the RBA's terms of trade outlook which is critical for national income and consequently end demand. While not our forecast, another substantial fall in national income would put at risk the RBA's 3.0% 2016 growth expectation, and open the way for further cuts. Investment data for Australia will be the focus this week, particularly the CAPEX survey of investment intentions. Our Westpac–MNI Chinese Consumer Sentiment survey will also be released on Wednesday for November. (VIEW LINK)
