Hook says that a lack of space in urban areas is driving growth after an "explosion in units being built." He likes the stocks as it has predictable earnings, is benefiting from urbanisation, is making smart acquisitions, and offers "a solid yield that will grow" - the unfranked yield is over 5.7%.
