Are we in the early stages of a revival of resources stocks? Funds managers are repositioning away from safety and yield. Commodity Indices have broken out of downward channels, firmly in place since 2011. China data are improving and expectations rising for economic growth in the US and Europe. Resources stocks have had one horrible set of years, especially at the smaller end. Now the Resources Investment Clock is pointing towards better times ahead. Can it really be?
