Deleveraging is a myth. Jeffrey Gundlach, the founder of Doubleline Capital and ranked one of the 50 Most Influential by Bloomberg Markets Magazine held his annual DoubleLine Lunch in New York this week. Gundlach, in his keynote presentation, said the exit from QE is probably not a foregone conclusion, he is very skeptical of what he refers to as a circular financing scheme.
