Emerging Markets keep presenting opportunities. 12 moths ago the Paradice Global Small Caps Fund talked about deploying capital in Emerging Markets, which at the time was quite a contrarian approach. During this period seven out of the funds top ten performing stocks have been come from Emerging Markets positions. Paul Mason says, Emerging Markets is still where we are seeing the most growth in the world and also where we are seeing the most opportunities. These assets are generally exposed to increasing consumer expenditure. The industries where opportunities are being found include branded food groups, media and cosmetics.
