All resolutions put to the AGM passed (resolution 2 - the LTI and deferred STI grant for the MD/CEO was withdrawn and not put to the AGM). There was noticeable dissent against the two ASX Listing Rule 7.4 resolutions to ratify the issue of 89,766,607 ordinary shares to National Indemnity Company Inc, an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway Inc (resolution 8) and the potential issue of up to 121,569,233 ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of a put option granted to IAG by National Indemnity Company Inc, an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway Inc (resolution 9).
