Jeremy Bendeich says Australia has been living in a bit of a fools paradise, imagining that our cities can continue to expand forever. We're reaching the limit and we're going to become more like Tokyo and Europe. Bendeich says when you get that sort of density there will be a number of beneficiaries including storage companies like National Storage (ASX: NSR). We've already seen quite a run in a lot of housing related plays. We saw an opportunity in a stock called National Storage (ASX: NSR) which came to the market in December as an IPO. They've got an under-leased portfolio of storage assets. When people start to move around and change houses they'll store their household goods in these places and they'll boost up the returns on the assets. When you get that density you need storage.
