Jeremy Bendeich says Australia has been living in a bit of a fools paradise, imagining that our cities can continue to expand forever. We're reaching the limit and we're going to become more like Tokyo and Europe. Bendeich says when you get that sort of density there will be a number of beneficiaries including storage companies like National Storage (ASX: NSR). They've got an under-leased portfolio of storage assets.
