June 2016: The month ahead in meetings

There are a few big shareholder meetings this month, including Asciano's scheme meeting on Friday 3 June, Ainsworth Game Technology general meeting (now scheduled for 17 June at the earliest but the day may move to a later date), and Premier Investments general meeting on 15 June 2016 to pass two remuneration resolutions relating to the renewal of Mark McInnes' employment agreement. Add to this AGMs for CSR, OceanaGold, Teranga Gold and etherstack, plus a number of other general meetings seeking shareholder approval for capital management resolutions...and June is going to be an 'interesting' month.
