Sunset Strip (Afternoon Report) - Aussie market started negative on US volatility and Euro risk before recovering on China stimulus hope and RBA commentary. Central bank in every major region is talking about rates staying low for longer while Emerging Markets will have to push it up to protect their currency and growth with tapering expected to continue. It basically means Equities is the only game in town well into 2015, but risks are rising. Putin's claim of giving Ukraine space seems to be baseless. We continue to worry about local unemployment tidal wave coming on top of rising cost of living pressures while global risks continue to rise in China and Euro with market expecting stimulus from both regions. It was an overall negative day on low volumes with budget cuts looming. (VIEW LINK)
