Tagliaferro: Most would agree there are major issues in the world economies. I think it is a time for caution. We all know rates are being cut and we all know there is this flood of money. I think most people would agree there are no bargains to be had. I also think most people would agree that there are major issues in the world economies. So enjoy it while the times are good but you also need to be a bit cautious... Volatility will come back. We are on a bit of an up at the moment because of this flood of money but one still needs to remain cautious because I am sure there will be times this year when people have their doubts about the direction of the global economy... so I would just be cautious and a little bit patient.
