We are only a week into the new year and for a lot of us, the resolutions we put in place are still holding on bravely, and we are still brimming with that very January-specific brand of optimism (before the ups, downs, trivialities, and grind of daily life really takes hold and batters our freshly forged promises and goals…but I digress.)
