AGM season picks up pace this week and I take a look at five ASX 100 AGMs on this week's agenda: Transurban, Telstra, CSL, Orora and Magellan Financial Group in this note (VIEW LINK) We have recommendations to vote against several resolutions this week...and I work through a few examples of resolutions to grant share based payments to executive directors to help you understand how and where we draw the line between a resolution we will recommend a vote for and those resolutions where a combination of factors leads to a recommendation to vote against.
