Aussie market outperformed expectations to deliver a flat day when the rest of the world was stuck in negative sentiment. Aussie market has now delivered five straight positive days…eight positive days out of the last nine. The central banks have now removed themselves from the risk category while the US election risks are rising. Markets have priced in the expectations for a democratic weak win while the recent polls suggest a much closer race. The uncertainty attached to the lack of policy detail will raise risks with a republican win. The first of the presidential debates starts tomorrow morning (i.e. 11am Sydney time) and Asian markets will be the first to react.... (VIEW LINK)
