As thoroughly expected, the RBNZ raised the Kiwi cash rate to 3%, taking NZD/USD to a high of 0.8623 (hourly chart enclosed). There was a fairly brief statement attached, in which the RBNZ raised its growth forecast through to March 2015 to 3.5% (from 3.3%).
