Take a look at Magellan Financial Group - termination benefits for Hamish Douglass, or the company loan to enable Hamish McLennan to buy shares in MFG - or Origin Energy - LTI grant to Grant King for performance through to the end of FY2020, when he retires as MD/CEO at the conclusion of the same AGM - or CSL for LTI grant of performance options that vest after three years provided the MD/CEO has not received an unsatisfactory performance assessment, the kind of performance you'd expect to be given in exchange for fixed remuneration.
