Pureprofile underwritten IPO on ASX BookBuild (PPLXBB)

Pureprofile enables consumers to create and manage their online Profiles. PPL then enriches these Profiles using proprietary big data technology and monetises these Profiles with global brands, publishers and advertisers. The Company employs over 110 staff, has registered over one million Account Holders across 40 countries and has a global, blue-chip client base. Well-credentialed directors include Cliff Rosenberg, the managing director for Linkedin South-East Asia, Australia and NZ. FY15pro forma revenue of $20.6m. The fully underwritten IPO will raise $12.1m to fund the acquisition of a programmatic trading business and for growth. The fully underwritten offer at $0.50 closes this week.
