Second week of AGM season and Wednesday is the big AGM day of the week with Amcor, Crown Resorts, IAG, Medibank Private and Origin Energy. While Origin Energy has removed some of the heat from the AGM by deciding to withdraw resolutions 8 and 9 from the AGM agenda (mentioned in this earlier wire (VIEW LINK) and has issued a detailed response to the shareholder resolution to amend the constitution on climate change disclosures (VIEW LINK) there is always the remuneration report... IAG has two ASX Listing Rule 7.4 resolutions relating to the Strategic Relationship with Berkshire Hathaway including the Put Option. You can find the note at this (VIEW LINK)
