Have no doubt about it the normal setting for interest rates has changed. In this short interview Nick Griffin discusses his views on what are now the normal interest rate settings and how central banks will look to raise rates moving forward. Griffin says: Ultimately the world can't deal with higher interest rates. If we have higher interest rates then people will essentially go broke... In the US the market is assuming that rates are going to go back to 2% or 2.5% at some stage. I think that is aggressive... Rates will be lower for longer. Inflation will be good, because that helps you get out of the debt cycle and so central banks are more likely to turn a blind eye towards inflation. Watch the full interview here:
