Sunset Strip | Aussie Afternoon Institutional Market Wrap

Market closed slightly positive on a volatile choppy day. We have a few Fed speeches to come tomorrow while the last one calmed the market on rate rise speed. FOMC minutes to come out tomorrow night while US reporting season also kicks off tonight with Alcoa. US market likely to trade slightly lower in their reporting season as it is already on stretched valuation while the growth outlook will start to wane. US election and US Fed move is in the back burner for now. ECB is pre-occupied with Brexit and Italian referendum. BOJ is talking about delaying hitting the inflation target that they have no control over. Despite the recent volatility, the local market is still in line to for a potential 4th straight positive week!!! Interesting moves of the day….... (VIEW LINK)
